- Contact Information: Billing address, delivery/pickup address, email address, and mobile number.
- Financial & Payment Data: Payment gateway details managed via our secure processing partners (Razorpay). We do not store your complete raw credit card details or bank passwords on our servers.
- Rental Metadata: History of items rented, subscription timelines, security deposit tracking, and device serial numbers allocated to your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data strictly to fulfill your rental contracts and secure our physical assets:
- To process and verify your rental orders, security deposits, and subscription renewals.
- To coordinate doorstep delivery and physical reverse-logistics pickups.
- To perform identity verification checks to secure high-value equipment against fraudulent transactions.
- To send automated transactional notices, receipt statements, and dynamic renewal reminders.
3. Asset Security & Theft Prevention
Because our platform involves the distribution of high-value physical inventory, we reserve the right to share identity verification data with third-party verification APIs and legal authorities solely in instances of contract breach, unreturned asset defaults, or intentional asset conversion/theft.
4. Data Retention
Your identity files and rental logs are preserved securely for the duration of your active rental contract account. Post-account termination, information is retained only as long as necessary to comply with tax laws, financial audits, and legal dispute parameters.
5. Your Choices & Contact
