1. Security Deposit Refunds
Your security deposit is entirely separate from rental subscription fees.
- Processing Window: Once a rented item is picked up and passes our physical quality audit at the warehouse, the security deposit is initiated for release within 7 to 10 business days.
- Payout Destination: All deposit clearances are routed directly back to the original online payment method used during checkout.
