Newdru Rental operates a managed, closed-loop delivery and pickup ecosystem designed for absolute convenience. Unlike standard e-commerce shipping, our logistics cover both the initial delivery and the scheduled reverse pickup at the end of your rental lifecycle.

1. Logistics Coverage & Service Areas

We currently provide managed delivery and pickup operations across major metro areas. Enter your area pin code on the product description page to check live route availability prior to completing your reservation.

2. Delivery Timelines & Dispatch Rules

  • Standard Dispatch: Orders are generally verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of security deposit confirmation.
  • Preferred Delivery Date: During checkouts, you may select a preferred delivery window. Our tracking partners will coordinate via SMS or phone call prior to approaching your delivery address.
  • Handover Verification: High-value equipment (such as Creator Tools or Electronics) requires physical handover verification. The account holder or an authorized representative must be present to sign the physical condition inspection manifest at the moment of delivery.

3. Delivery and Pickup Logistics Fees

The shipping fee calculated during checkout covers the entire operational loop (Initial Delivery + Final Return Logistics).

4. Address Modifications

If you need to change your delivery location or pick-up coordinates after booking, you must notify our service team at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled logistics window via hello@newdru.com or our service hotline. Changes requested outside this window may incur a re-routing fee

2. Order Cancellations

  • Prior to Dispatch: If you cancel your booking before the item leaves our operations center, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of both the rental fee and the security deposit.
  • Post-Dispatch / Refusal at Doorstep: If an item is canceled while in transit or refused at the door without valid performance defects, the security deposit will be refunded in full, but the round-trip logistics fee and a 1-day rental holding fee will be deducted from the core rental refund balance.

3. Early Rental Returns

If you choose to return an asset before your chosen rental tenure ends, you may schedule an early pickup. However, please note that rental fees paid for unused days within that pre-booked lock-in block are non-refundable, as that asset was exclusively reserved for your account timeline.
